18-hole Stroke Play Championship

 

 

 

Located in Las Vegas, NV, Aliante is an exciting and challenging course that stretches more than 7,000 yards from the back tees. The presence of the meandering arroyo that comes into play on 14 holes causes the golfer to feel slightly elevated, providing interesting contours and unique playing lies and angles. The course is highlighted by two water features, generous landing areas, and strategic use of trees that are not commonly found in most desert courses, such as Pear and Purple Locust trees. True to his design philosophy, Gary Panks has once again fashioned a course that will challenge the expert to utilize every club in the bag while providing an enjoyable experience for the novice golfer.

 

EVENT OVERVIEW
 

FORMAT

 

18-hole stroke play championship.  All entries are on a first come, first served basis. A sudden death on-course playoff will be held to determine winners of any flight that is tied after 18 holes, weather and course availability permitting

Entry Fee: $120

 

Entry Deadline: Wednesday October 9th @ 7pm PST - there will a $25 late fee added to any registration after the entry deadline, subject to approval by the Tour Director

Includes: 18 holes of golf w/ cart, range balls, prize fund for top finishers (25-30%) in each flight, tournament setup & scoring

 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Registration / Check-In: 9:00-10:00
 

All participants must check-in with the tournament committee AT LEAST 20 minutes prior to their scheduled tee off time. Players will have the opportunity to enter into the optional $20 skins and/or $10 giant skins games (cash only) at this time.
 

Starting Times: 1st tee start beginning at 10:06 am

Starting times / pairings will typically be emailed to each participant and posted on the tournament webpage 36 hours in advance of the tournament.
 

Awards Ceremony: 2:00pm-4:30pm
 

A picture of the winner of each flight will be taken for submission to the website. If you have won a gift certificate or skin(s) and do not pick it up after play, it will be held for you until the next event you play in. Gift cards will be paid out to the top 25-30% of each flight. The champions of each flight will receive a trophy or like award.
