EVENT OVERVIEW

The Golf Channel Am Tour is returning for a 6th season to the Ocean City area. The GlenRiddle courses will be the host of the 6th annual War on the Shore Championship. The tournament will be contested over 36-holes. All participants are scheduled to play one (1) round at the Man o War course and one (1) round at the War Admiral course. Tour Players from all over the country will converge on Ocean City, MD competing for double Order of Merit Points, exemptions into the 2019 National Championship, and the coveted title of "War on the Shore Champion".

FORMAT

 

36-hole stroke play championship.  All entries are on a first come, first served basis

 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS / PAIRINGS

Friday, June 7 - On-site Registration & Check-In from 4PM to 6PM
Saturday, June 8 - On-site Registration & Check-In from 6AM to 8:30AM
Saturday, June 8 - 1st round Stroke Play 8:15AM Shotgun War Admiral

Sunday, June 9 - Final Round Stroke Play 7:30AM - 9:30AM Man O' War
Sunday, June 9 - Awards Ceremony immediately following play for each flight

 

ENTRY FEE & PAYMENT OPTION

 

Entry fee is $475 and includes green fees, cart fees, use of practice facility, tee prize(s), trophy to the winner of each flight, generous prize fund, and scoring.  Top 3 and ties in each flight receive 2019 National Championship qualifications.

 

ENTRY DEADLINE

 

The deadline for entry is on May 20th at 12PM or when the event is full at 180 players (whichever occurs first).  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Players may cancel their entry up until May 20th at 12PM and incur a cancellation fee of $75.  Any no-shows or withdraws after this deadline will not be refunded for any reason.
