EVENT OVERVIEW
The Golf Channel Am Tour Gulf Coast will open up its 2018/2019 Season at Pensacola Country Club. This is your opportunity to play the oldest private country club in Florida. Pensacola Country Club was founded in 1902. Over the years it has served as a host for PGA Tour events as well as the home club for current and past PGA Tour players. Any day around here you might find yourself on the course with PGA players, Masters and US Open Champions as well as walking the grounds that many of the legends of golf have walked in the past.
This will be an 18 hole stroke play event. Tour Players from all over the country will converge and compete for Trophies, Gift Cards, Race to Nationals Points and most important, bragging rights.

18-hole stroke play championship. All entries are on a first come, first served basis.

ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT OPTIONS & SIDE GAMES
Entry fee includes green fees, cart fees, range balls, trophies, scoring, and prize fund.
An optional $20 skins game, a $10 David Ferhity Troops First 50/50 Raffle and a $10 Closest to the Pin will be made available to interested players at check-in.

On most events approved players may pay by cash or check if prior arrangements have been made with the director. Once a player has made the commitment the arrangement falls under the same restrictions as any other registration. Cancellation fees are still owed if a player cancels prior to the cancellation deadline and/or full tournament fees are still owed if a timely cancellation does not happen and even if the player does not show for the event. The players commitment to play is still valid and all monies due must be paid before the player will be allowed to play another Birmingham or Gulf Coast event.
GENERAL INFORMATION
All participants are required to check-in at least 30 minutes prior to their starting time. Registration and scoring will be held in or near the main Clubhouse.
Starting times, locations and pairings will be emailed to each Tour Player and posted online at least 3 days in advance of the tournament. All players should be at their assigned tee a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of their start time. Starters will have information to discuss and distribute to each player in the group. Starters/course are not responsible for getting players to the tee.
* In the event of a tie for 1st place, an on-course playoff will commence immediately following conclusion of regular play.
*Payouts will be awarded to (approximately) the top 30% of each flight
*Trophies will be awarded to Event Champions

CANCELLATION POLICY
A $10 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY TO ANY WITHDRAWAL UP TO Sixty (60) DAYS PRIOR TO REGISTRATION CLOSE. A $35.00 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY TO ANY WITHDRAWAL UP TO Ten(10) DAYS PRIOR TO REGISTRATION CLOSING..
WITHDRAWS AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON.
