EVENT OVERVIEW
We kickoff the 2019 season with our first fall series event at Crystal Lake GC in Lakeville. It received the designation of “Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary” from Audubon International. Fairways are narrow, greens are small and undulating, and there is water and fescue around most holes. Always in great condition.

- $110 Entry fee includes greens fee, shared cart and range
- all major credit cards accepted
ENTRY DEADLINE
10/16/18 Tuesday night at midnight Central time
FORMAT
18-hole stroke play championship flighted by handicap. All entries are on a first come, first served basis.
TEE BOXES
Championship/Palmer/Hogan (incl. Srs.) - Black (women play White)
Sarazen/Jones/Snead (incl. Srs.) - White (women play Red)
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
- Player Check-In, 9:30 AM-12:30 AM
Player check-in will be in the clubhouse. All players must check-in a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your assigned tee time. At check-in you will also have an opportunity to enter the optional side games.
- Tee Times, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Players must be at their starting point at least 10 minutes prior to their assigned starting time.
- Awards Ceremonies 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Trophies will be presented in the clubhouse as soon as possible after completion of play for each flight.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel without charge up until the registration deadline. If you cancel after the registration deadline you will not receive a refund if I am obligated to pay the course. If I am not, I will give you the option of applying all of the registration fee to a future event or requesting a refund to your credit card from which I will deduct $7.50 to cover credit card processing fees.
PRIZES
The winner of each flight will be presented with a trophy, plaque or like item and a share of the prize pool based on the number of players in the flight. The prize pool is $25 per player and is paid out to 25% of the field in each flight. All prizes will be paid in the form of gift cards (tri-branded Dick's Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy and Field & Stream) in accordance with USGA Rules of Amateur Status.
